Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may require you to change or cancel your event. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair.
Cancellations by Client
- Within 7 days of booking: Full refund of advance (if the event is more than 60 days away).
- 30–15 days before event date: 50% of advance will be refunded.
- Within 14 days of event date: No refund will be provided.
Rescheduling
- Clients may request rescheduling at least 20 days before the event, subject to availability of the venue and services.
- A rescheduling fee may apply depending on new dates (especially during peak seasons).
Cancellations by Wedding Vibes
- In the rare case that Wedding Vibes cannot deliver the services due to operational reasons, we will provide either a full refund or an option to reschedule at no extra cost.
Force Majeure
In case of natural calamities, lockdowns, or government-imposed restrictions, events will either be rescheduled or a partial refund will be offered after deducting irrecoverable costs.
