Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Wedding Vibes. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

Bookings & Payments

  1. A minimum advance payment of 30% of the total package amount (or a fixed booking fee) is required to confirm your booking.
  2. The remaining balance must be cleared at least 15 days before the event date.
  3. Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of the advance payment.

Event Guidelines

  • Clients must comply with local laws, venue rules, and safety guidelines.
  • Event timings must be strictly adhered to. Extra hours may attract additional charges.
  • Use of fireworks, alcohol, loud music, or any restricted activities requires prior approval.

Liability

  • The client is responsible for any damage caused to venue property during the event.
  • Wedding Vibes will not be liable for personal injury, theft, or loss of valuables.
  • We do not assume responsibility for disruptions caused by external factors such as power failure, weather conditions, or government restrictions.

Vendors & Services

  • Only approved vendors (catering, decoration, photography, etc.) may be used unless prior written approval is granted.
  • Any additional services requested during the event will be charged separately.

Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will offer rescheduling or partial refunds as applicable.
