Our Story

We have over 5+ years of experience

2019-2020

📌 Choti si Panipuri ki Tapri (Bhai Bhai)

This was the very beginning of the journey, starting with a small street food stall. From serving simple panipuri, it was an experience rooted in passion, dedication, and direct connection with customers.

Here, the foundation of hospitality was built — learning how taste, service, and a smile can turn first-time visitors into regulars.

2020-2021

📌 Sip N Bite Café

The step into café culture brought exposure to a youthful, fast-moving crowd. Managing a small café gave insights into trending food choices, ambience, and café-style guest experiences.

It was a period of learning customer engagement, quick service management, and how to adapt menus to suit evolving tastes.

2021-2022

📌 Chalu Chinese – Restaurant Manager

Taking on the role of Restaurant Manager was the first true leadership opportunity. Handling staff, coordinating kitchen and service teams, and ensuring smooth operations became the daily routine.

This phase strengthened managerial skills — from team handling to problem-solving during rush hours — and taught how to balance efficiency with customer satisfaction.

2022-2023

📌 Operations Manager, Hotel Silver Leaf (Vapi)

Stepping into the hotel industry marked a turning point. As Operations Manager, the responsibility expanded to overseeing departments, guest check-ins, and hotel-wide service standards.

This role developed a deeper understanding of hospitality systems, guest expectations, and how every detail contributes to a hotel’s reputation.

2023-2024

📌 Lotus Lagoon Beach Resort, Goa

Started as a Room Division Manager, focusing on room operations and guest experiences. With dedication and performance, was soon promoted to General Manager within the same property.

At Lotus Lagoon, the specialty became Dream Destination Weddings — creating magical setups for couples and elevating the resort as a wedding hotspot.

2024

📌 Wedding Vibes Company

After years of experience, the vision came alive with the launch of Wedding Vibes, a company dedicated to curating dream weddings with a blend of hospitality, creativity, and event expertise.

This venture brings together everything learned from food stalls to five-star resorts — delivering premium, personalized celebrations.

2025

📌 Lease Property: Hotel Casa Riva

To strengthen the brand, Hotel Casa Riva was taken on lease as a flagship property. This became the prime venue for luxury weddings, social gatherings, and grand events.

With in-house control of the venue, Wedding Vibes ensures seamless planning, accommodation, and execution — all under one roof.
